Sonia Terrab is a Moroccan journalist, writer, activist, and documentary filmmaker whose work gives space to the voices and experiences of Moroccan women and young people. Her documentaries include Shakespeare in Casablanca and L7sla – The Dead End, reflecting her interest in moving between different forms of storytelling. In 2025, she made her first step into fiction filmmaking with Paradise Garden.
