A director and cinematographer based in Damascus, Syria. He graduated from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in 2019, specializing in Audiovisual Arts. Ahmed has served as a lighting and photography director for numerous commercials and short films, including the short documentary “The People Above, which won the Golden Tanit for Best Short Documentary at the 33rd Carthage Film Festival. Additionally, he has worked as an assistant director on various films and television series. Ahmed has also directed two short narrative films: the first, “The Last Shot, in 2021, and the second, “Not Buried Yet, in 2024
