Omar began his journey in media and filmmaking in 2010 while still in high school. He went on to study Media at the University of Bahrain and Filmmaking in the United States at NYFA. Combining his passion for directing and acting, he launched a short documentary series titled “Omar Tries”, which focuses on travel, experiences, and cultures. The series is published on YouTube and across various social media platforms. The show has garnered over 2 billion views, with a loyal audience of more than 18 million followersworldwide. Omar has received numerous prestigious awards, including the Gulf Excellence Shield presented by His Majesty the King of Bahrain, and was selected in Forbes’ “30 Under 30” list. He has also won several film festival awards for his recent works. Today, Omar is considered one of the most prominent content creators in the Arab world, with a wide-reaching influence and a strong fanbase across many countries.
