Synopsis: Summary of the film The film tells the story of Hajj Abdullah, 78 years old, and his long and busy career in the practical field of restoring and decorating the historic old buildings of Sana’a with gypsum. He has been working in this profession for more than 60 years. In the film, we wanted to highlight a friendly and loving relationship between two parties only They are Hajj Abdullah and Old Sanaa, and they are the only two characters in the film, as we deliberately did not photograph any other character except Hajj Abdullah and Old Sanaa, which is the other character in the film. In the film, we likened the old city of Sanaa to a virgin that was untouched by anyone but Hajj Abdullah Who in turn takes care of it, restores and decorates it, and also makes sure to sit near it and take care of it. In return, she exchanges care and attention with him, as she provides him with food and drink, and decorates him with her gardens and fresh air. A relationship that extends for more than six decades, which we narrated with an introduction that shows the suffering and struggle of both characters, then contemplation and planning with a private dialogue between the two parties, then moving on to seriousness, perseverance, and dedication to work, and we conclude after that with achievement, success, joy, and pride in the end. We wanted the film to touch the viewer s feelings We worked to highlight all the five senses in intentional scenes distributed throughout all stages of the film, and through the film the viewer finds a friendly and harmonious relationship between the two parties, which is the sixth sense exchanged between Old Sanaa and Hajj Abdullah. We focused a lot on filming scenes and close-up shots of Hajj Abdullah and some details so that they reach the viewer strongly and touch his feelings.
