Synopsis: After sixty years of marriage, Elias and Christiane live together without actually living with each other. Elias’s disease has forced him into a solitary world, while Christianes obligations, responsibilities and routine, lock her in a lonely world of her own. Their love is that of memories. Wanting to reconnect one last time, they’ll find themselves in a world where time is frozen, where the atmosphere is warm and the music from their first encounter resonates around them

Director Bio: Dahlia Nemlich is a French-Lebanese director. In 2020, she directed her first short film, Roadblock, winner of the FIFOG d’argent and the Khayrallah prize 2022. Somewhere in Between is her second short, represented by MANIFEST and Creative Media Solution. Dahlia is developing her first feature film, Assa a fish in a bowl, produced by Marine Vaillant and Special Touch Studios. The film has been selected to the Less Is More from the Groupe Ouest in 2022, and to Meditalents Lab Med workshops and El Gouna CineGouna Springboard in 2023.
